These Terms of Service govern all orders placed on the Atlas Zellige online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. About Our Products

Atlas Zellige sells traditional handmade Moroccan zellige tiles (including MDOUDEB 5x5, MZEDEJ 10x10, MSED SA HEX, BEJMAT 5x15, TALIA and mosaics), handcrafted by artisans in Fez, Morocco. Each tile is unique: variations in tone, glaze, thickness and edges are inherent to the product and expressly accepted by the customer at the time of order.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incorrect contact details, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) [TO BE COMPLETED — confirm currency and whether VAT is included]. Atlas Zellige may modify its prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

5. Delivery

Delivery zones, charges and timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated timeframes: [TO BE COMPLETED — delivery time]. Handmade production and international freight may occasionally extend these estimates.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Made-to-order and cut or installed tiles are excluded from the right to cancel.

7. Samples & Quantities

We recommend ordering a sample before any full order, and adding 10–15% to your measured surface to cover cutting and the natural breakage inherent to handmade tiles. Atlas Zellige cannot be held responsible for shortfalls due to under-ordering, or for batch variations between separate orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — texts, photographs, logos, graphics and layouts — is the exclusive property of Atlas Zellige. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
