We Fix It

Damaged box, missing pieces or a delay. Send your order number and photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or resolve it.

Yes. As soon as the order ships we send the carrier link by email and on WhatsApp if you shared your number.
Pallet deliveries need someone to sign and a ground floor kerbside spot. Small parcels can be left safe if you tell the carrier.
Before dispatch, yes. Message us with your order number and the new address.
Samples and small orders can be collected by appointment at 128 City Road. Ask us on WhatsApp.
